  The best tactic - ignore whatever they type in chat and take screen shots of what they type. Forward the screen shots to CS as suggested above.

  And what will CS do?  A slap on the wrist?  A time out int the corner?  Should ban for 6 months or for life???  They wouldn't do that & lose $ from that player from the pro shop.  None of these will happen, so we just have to deal with them.

  Mathia is correct...there was a post a while back (including a screenshot) where some vile racist language was used, and all that happened was a week long suspension. Best to block the guy and forget it. There are many good folks on here to play.

  Most times that I know of and I have seen this over the years ,

  1st time the player will get a week off , this works most times to get the message across to them ,  If they do it a 2nd time they will get another week off and a warning .  3rd time WGT will and have close the account .   I know of one player that can never post in the forums .

  Make a lot of friends and play with them , You have a lot of members in your CC  , Befriend them .   Playing with strangers is a crap shoot , you never know what your going to get ...

  I got stuck with 3 ppl that didnt acknowledge a 'gs' or 'nb' let alone a 'ggty' for 18 holes
