hi i had this for three years now for the last three days it has not displayed lines for per cent on my shots only on greens. how can i fix this? i have checked its on but they say i need to own this

If you recently left a country club, you may have been receiving the shot pal and putter pal from there. Or if you had purchased these items in the proshop, the items are only good for a certain number of hits, so they may have run out.
