I just spent the last hour taking survey's and then not getting any credit's because I did not match there need's. we should get at least some type of credit for answering the question's we did.

Exactly the same here. Spent 15 minutes on one survey and didn't get paid because at the end they said I'm not a match. Then another one 15 minutes answering questions and the same story.

All of them are coming from this website:

I don't remember when I last time got paid for completing something on this website. Cheating on the credits changes whole perception of the website.

Can anyone from the adiministration can do something with it?

The same thing happened to me a few minutes ago. I agree there should be a little credit for having to answer ten minutes worth of questions only to find we're not what they're looking for.

The only place I ever get paid is at Peanut Labs. Customer Support there really is interested to hear of problems you've had. If you immediately go to Transactions, the one at the top will be the last one you did. Report a problem, but choose Other. That's the only option that allows you to enter text. Curb your anger and just be intelligent and reasonable. Tell them specifically what happened.

Very long screenout with suspiciously survey type questions.

Survey that gets to about 90% and freezes.

    etc.

The second example happened to me a week or so ago. I haven't seen it since, although CS didn't tell me that my complaint was the reason, coincidence?

When I report one of the more common first example, I always start by saying that I don't expect the credits and I'm just letting them know. A couple of times I was thanked, and they gave me the credits anyway.

Keep in mind that there are legitimate reasons for someone to have done the actual survey and NOT get credits. If their automated system detects what they feel to be illegitimate responses, the survey may terminate. One thing many surveyors watch is speed of input. If you're going too fast, it may look like "christmas tree" responses.

Good luck. Lately I've been getting 1 or 2 paid daily. Hope that keeps up.

    Jim great answer

That has been for the most part my experience with Peanut Labs also

Choosing other is the better way to state whatever issue. PLabs have been usually very good about answering my queries also; usually dealt with within 48/72hr

And true enough, they have on occasion paid they credits

We here in US and Canada I think are pretty fortunate that we have more access to surveys - it has certainly made it easier to upgrade

Sit for a long time doing a survey then getting told, "you don't qualify."  You get nothing.  I gave them up a long time ago.

Thanks. I've found PL to be very easy to work with and very fair. I've alerted them to the redirects on many of the offers provided. Sadly, there's nothing they can do beyond notifying the offerer, as the problem is site based. One ongoing problem is the Uconnects not paying. They've been broken since around 5/28. I do them, wait a day, then send the notice of non-payment, and finally get the credits. Not much, but 18 credits a day adds up. Hopefully those will get fixed at some time.

Quite true. Mostly through videos, which aren't quite so lucrative at the moment, I've amassed a considerable number of free credits. Mostly in the CC, but not always, I look for folk from countries not so blessed and gear them up with equipment upgrades as they seem worthy.

Although still not perfect, they've improved greatly in the last few months.
