Gift not showing up

  I sent a gift to someone about an hour ago, he just logged in to use it and it does not show in his equipment Does he need to do anything else in order to use it

  Hi,

  Generally gifts show up inside 5 minutes. If it's still an issue tomorrow, please have him email members@worldgolftour.com and they will check it out

  He still doesn't have the gift, is there anybody I can contact regarding this?

   

  It states on my profile page that I gave a gift, but the gift didn't get where it should have.
