"if you're happy with your clubs, don't upgrade. But. you will need to eventually for tees you will be on"
This ^^^ is good guidance. In short, the higher level equipment is better, but has diminishing returns. Nothing replaces practice, innate skill and experience. You are currently a tour pro, so your starter driver will probably do. As you progress in tiers, you move farther back on the tees, so the driver will not suffice. A good driver is usually the first purchase recommended.
Gradually upgrade from there. I personally recommend the putter be your last upgrade. Putting is 20% club and 80% reading the greens. Many very good players still use the starter putter, as they are used to it and can read the greens well.
