    Why did this putt not drop ?

    Well, it's high definition so you can clearly see another mapping issue (?!?)

     

    Not surprised, as this ball↓ is in the hole but remains outside. You can see the cup obscuring the ball in the last frames clearly, so the ball had anti-gravity or it was another graphic and/or mapping glitch.

    tbh it was lucky to lip !!

    I thought it would be inch & 1/2 under hole on 1st look.

    Andy's right...play a hair more break at that same pace and it probably drops.

    WGT can't get the mathematical definition of the hole location exactly aligned with the photos they use to show us the course.

    In other words, what they can show us on our display is a close approximation, but whether the putt drops or nor is determined by the location of the ball and the hole as the software calculates their position.
