IMHO, it appears that the CLASH event is causing more disconnect issues for multi-player games. In our CC there are a few of us that routinely meet around 5:30 CDT to play a multi-player round for the sole purpose of playing a friendly round (we call it the pass round) where we can socialize and earn xp's for our CC. It has become a daily ritual for us and we all look forward to this fraternization where scores take a back seat to friendship.

Today however we encountered a series of glitches from "unexpected error" to outright disconnects. Having had these issues before we did the usual remedies like reloading the page or going back to the home page and clicking on play again, but nothing seemed to work. In fact we could not return to the wgt site at all, we had to actually reboot our computers to get back in to wgt. By then the match was over because no one was able to return in time. We lost passes and ball usage.

Yes we sent in reports to wgt, some of us more than 3 of them since that is how many times we restarted and had the same issue happen. Now before the trolls take over let me state here that I for one start every wgt session with a clean slate, meaning my files are cleaned out, I run my malware and clear cache along with doing a disc clean up, so it is none of these problems that cause it. The one constant in all this is wgt's CLASH event which has always caused some issues while it is running, but has never been to this extent.

It happened on BPB twice, ST. ANDREWS once and I think PB also. Now I don't begrudge anyone that plays in the clash (I played it until they started doing them every other week) and I realize it is a money maker for wgt however I think there are more of us that don't play in it who just want to be able to enjoy a nice peaceful friendly game with others on a social level.

I have spent money on this site and think that wgt's lack of support for those of us who do spend dollars or pounds or any other type currency is not very good business sense. Our spending habits should give us a voice too in the matter concerning these issues. Responses from them admitting there is a problem but they can't pinpoint the source is not quite a respectable answer. I think we deserve a more thorough detailed answer and a possible resolution to these issues.

For what its worth, my nickle
