Broken brackets

Somethimg has broken in the brackets again. The 24 hour timer runs out, scores are posted, but nobody gets advanced to the next round. I do have the play now button, but am worried it won't count if I play the round. This looks the same as it did a long time ago (I believe around February or March 2015), when nobody was being advanced (we were told something "froze" ;-)). Even the losing side had the "play" button available back then. Not sure about now yet, i need to lose 1, lol.

Here's a couple of bracket IDs:

304204, 304229

Plus, bracket No. 303157 finished a couple of hours ago and still hasn't been paid out.

Hi,

Same issue: 303051 not paid out (finished 7 hours ago).

Brackets: 304129 & 303848 not advanced winning player on to the next round, i assume bracket rounds finishing in the next few hours will get the same issue...

Found the link using my score history, but couldn't find it from Tournaments>Brackets>Results>>{3 Days}

I hope its only a few ones that are faulty.

Hi everyone! We are certainly having some bracket issues with what looks like only ones that should have closed this morning. We hope to have this all sorted out soon.

Champ, the closed ones not paying out aren't the biggest issue (they are closed and can be retraced). And are definitely not the only ones with a problem.

The bigger issue is that people aren't advancing from round to round, after the 24 hours is over. The winners (and probably the losers as well) can play round 2, but I fear the scores won't count. The last (and only) time this happened, it took 2 days to fix and every open bracket during that time was nullified. Players were offered their entry fees returned, if the wrote an email to CS. I was tiering up to TL that weekend, entered a sh1tload of brackets (including 5 Legend 500 cr ones) and lost over 10k in winnings alone.

This looks like the same issue as then (read my 1st post for time frame ;-)). If it is, is anyone who fixed it the last time still with the company. Or at least knows about what went wrong back then?
