My daily record shows that on May 13, 2016, I set a personal long drive record of 394.89 yds, yet my personal stats do not reflect this drive.  Can someone in Admin. correct this slight oversight?  I know it's nit-picky, but I don't have much else to hang my hat on, accomplishment-wise.   Thank you in advance,  duaneemery

i dont know if any of this applies to your drive but in order for it to count

it has to be in a ranked round, practise rounds, matchplay, alt shot or skins dont count

the round has to be finished not aborted halfway through

the ball has to land on the fairway or green it will not count if landing in rough, fringe, fescue etc

Very weird indeed: (my guess is the round for the 394 yard drive wasn't completed, but didn't think it would show in activity if the round wasn't finished)

It may be when it was accomplished.  That same day he was in a skins match.  If it was done then, I don't think it counts in his stats.  But really unsure if I am correct.  You would think that if it was listed as he did it, it would go into stats that way.

In the same token, if you make an eagle or chip in, does it state it, but only add to stats if you complete the round/or are playing the correct type of round for stat improvement.

Thank you to all above for posting.  I went back and checked through my score history, but it only goes back to May 25th.....bummer.   but a near as I can recall, I was playing in a CC tournament, it was on the 10th hole @ St. Andrews.  Ball landed hard on a mound facing the green, shot fast toward the green and rested in the fringe on the far side.  This left me with about a 140 ft. putt....    but as much as I can remember, I finished the round.   If I didn't finish, why would it show in my daily record?   I think I just waited too long to bring it up.   It doesn't really count for anything...the platinum award comes when you hit 400, right?

    duaneemery:

The ball must come to rest on fairway, not rough or fringe for it to count towards the longest drive.

I believe if it finishes on the green it also does not count for longest drive,  though not certain about that.

Green yes, fringe no. My 417 yard longest drive ended up on the green on #3 at St.Andrews.
