Purchased beginner package, didn't get clubs, balls, or credit

    New guy here, and I'm looking for the tech support page.  If this isn't it, I'd be happy to post this there when I find it.  

    Until then, here's how it went: I logged into my account, clicked play, it launched a 2nd window, like usual, and there was a banner offering beginners certain packages of clubs for various credits.  

    I clicked the banner which brought up a page with all the details.  I selected the package I wanted and it took the payment page a moment to load so I flipped back to the game selection window and loaded up a game.  

    9 holes later I flipped back to the payments page, entered the info, and purchased what I thought was a decent starter package of clubs.   Except that I have credits and no clubs and can't find the offer anywhere.

    Any hints or tips on whr to find the offer again or how long it takes the clubs to show up? I would have thought since I clicked "purchase" that they would have been available immediately.

    To select and equip new virtual golf clubs and balls in the game, follow these steps:

    1) Select the MY EQUIPMENT option after purchase, or on the My Profile page, or in the Game Menu
    2) Click and Drag the new club or ball from your INVENTORY to IN MY BAG
    3) Click the SAVE CHANGES button

    Please keep in mind that you can't change equipment during an active game.

    Thanks for the quick response, That was the first place I went to check and didn't see them so I checked the transaction history and realized I had just been given the credits, not the clubs.  

    It's good that I have the credits, but I'd rather have the clubs as it was a pretty good offer.

    Thanks for the quick response.  I just realized, and I must apologize, that my title is mis-leading.  The "credit" the title is referring to is the bonus credit that was part of the package. 

    The equipment page is the first place I checked after the transaction was complete and there was nothing there.  That's when I noticed that even though I had selected the "purchase" under the package, I received the credits I purchased, not the clubs I thought I was purchasing.

    It's not a huge issue and certainly isn't the end of the world but I would much rather have had the clubs as it seemed like a pretty good deal.
