*** Downtime tonight 7/27/16 ***

    Even a little more than that here. And the most you can hope for is to have your entry fees refunded. And even for that you'll need to write an email to Customer Service.

    Perhaps a message from WGT to say that they are aware of these problems, thats being nice about it, would be a good customer service move. Instead we are left bemoaning yet another messed up update.

    Was this not tested before you released it. Good job it's not something that someone's life may rely on !!

    Sort it out WGT and fast, we are your customers and we matter.

    wgt, if you don't respond here, at least do another maintenance et remove all you add that night. And please for the next updates, don't add anything new, or new bugs will happens...

    Yes, send them the bracket ID numbers. But wait a bit, they might fix them today. Just wait until the last minute, before you play your rounds (as we both tend to, lol). If it's fixed by then, your scores will stand. I still have 5 of them in waiting (had to play the rest before work, to catch the deadline, turns out I shouldn't have bothered). I hope they fix it by 10.30 pm CET, lol.

    The incompetence at WGT is mind numbing.

    And with everything they have now f*cked up, all we get is silence.  Not one WGT administrator has come on to, at the very least, apologize for the inconvenience, and say they are working on it.

    bad enough that WGT will continually screw things up with each downtime but to leave us twisting in the wind without as much as a statement as to what is being done to rectify the problem is both cowardly and unforgivable.

    as usual no response from WGTto a major problem affecting all players
