last Update bug about leaderboard

    you have robbed all the fee of the players. they had to come back to their accounts. 

    u are sending 1 ball to compensate your fault...

    u have to give back the fee if my last msg is not clear. 

    u haven't excuse... u can check their score history and u will find all the tournament played.

    why they have to loose their fee??? ok for the credits won if u are not able to change the leaderboard but the fee ???

    They don't have to lose their entry fee.

    The site is back up, the fix is in. Tournaments should be reacting normally now. As I said earlier this will not post your scores into the tournaments during the times that the issues were occurring. If you lost entry fees from a tournament, please contact customer service with the tournament IDs of the problem tournaments. 

    We are expecting a high volume of tickets while CS works to get entry fees back to those affected. So please be patient while they work to serve everyone.

    Sorry to say, wrong medium, wrong audience.

    According to the company, the forums are mainly for user support, and each player has to contact CS (see below) separately for refunds.

     

     

    1. Alosso if i write that they sent the max ball maybe we already contacted them on support..
    2.  i have posted this thread in a section of the forum where wgt moderators invited all the players to post the bugs that we find playing.
    3.  they have robbed all the fees in the tournaments for this reason i have opened this thread. if u don't want read or do nothing is your problem. i'm not you..i feel to tell them that this is really amazing. 
    4. where in their policy is written that wgt has bug??? u will not find anything about all the problem u will find playing.

    An email to CS will wotk.

    I complained about 2 small credit tourneys in my CC and asked for an across the board refund to all entrants. This was done very promptly.

    Thanks WGT

     

    Nonetheless, it still sucks about missing out on the winnings.
