  Has anyone oti===noticed in the "Earn free credits" are under the "Watch videos" tab that there are no more videos to watch and earn credits?  Not the quick ones where you earn 1 credit per view.  I'm talking about the ones at the top that would run for like 30 seconds.  I haven't seen any videos there in over a month.  Anyone know?

  Unfortunately there is a current issue that is causing the Free Credit Videos to be grayed out on many new devices (normally they're only grayed out on much older hardware), we are currently working with our third party content provider to fix the issue.

  Until this issue is resolved I would suggest going to WGT.com from a PC or Laptop and utilizing the Earn Free Credits section on our website instead.

  I have my laptop at home running Windows 10 if that means anything.  Also usually use Firefox browser, completely up to date.  I do have Chrome as well.  I think I looked this past Saturday and could not get to the "Watch Videos" area.  Actually I could but there have been one of the 30 second videos for maybe a month or more now.  The other areas are definitely available. 

   

  I just tried it on my pc here.  Went into Facebook and clicked WGT.  Home page opened up and I clicked on the little rectangular box in the upper left corner labeled Special Offers.  Once I get to the next screen I choose the "Watch Videos" tab and this is what I have been seeing for awhile now.  There used to be lots of those videos available to earn free credits.  Not lately though.

  Got the latest WGT update for Fire today.

  Well, the box isn't grayed out now. 

  It's not there at all. 

  Still good on Nox, but a bit shaky. Runs out pretty fast.

  Stax has a new wrinkle - a box for Surveys. They're run by PL, but no reject 5 credits.

  Just curious, since I've not seen complaints about this recently. 

  Is it just the Amazon App that's still broken? 

  There've been several updates. The only icon is "other offers" which doesn't work - no video link and no surveys link. 

  Yes. I contacted CS about this ages ago. Waste of time. Got three canned responses and gave up trying to get through.

  I think all of the complaints were months ago . Nothing new for the most part .After the last update I was starting to get the videos on the pc version again . Then all of a sudden it stopped again . Cant get any ads when using Chrome but can when using a different browser . Go figure but it started with the clash so I dont know . But it always seems that 1 fix leads to something else being broken .

  Maybe one day they`ll be able to fix everything instead of breaking everything .
