    Hey guys.

I'm fairly new to this game, and havent been play for more than a little over a week. Atm my current score is 111,89. Have been close several times to improve it, but im stuck.

The holes that bugs me are:

    4, 7, 8 and 9.

I've been close on all of them , but there is like 50-60 games between i get close.

So any advice and pointers would be appreciated. :D

ps: i'm using pro clubs. :)

pps: And these advices are for the "old" 9 hole game - The Charity Challenge.

Watch the wind and try different clubs at different power levels. On the old game played in the new site #8 is the toughest for me . I use beginner clubs. on #8 try ball trajectory all the way back  and not quite full power. Hope that helps. GL

Okey i figured out some of the holes. 8th still bugs me alot.

But i just had one swing at 9th ... Where the ball hit the pin and then almost disappeared 53 ft away.

How is that even possible? :O

9 is tough for me on the approach.  It wants to almost always come up short.  You can be 168 yards from the hole, hit a 3-iron (180 yards) just shy of full power and it still comes up just short of the green.  And then you're stuck in chipping hell, where the ball moves a few feet from where you hit it, or alternatively, several yards past the hole and you have to 2- or 3-putt it back in and ruin your score.  And if you hit the 3-iron (180 yards) at full power when you're 168 yards from the hole,  the ball rolls 25 feet past the hole and you're in 2- (if lucky) or 3-putt hell anyway.  #9 is the bain of my existence right now.  lol.  Trying to be a good sport about it, but it's killing me.

I feel the same way about #9.  I can't find a way to roll it through those mounds on the approach and the green is slanted from front to back so you an't fly the ball onto the surface from 160 or 170 out.  I have found it a little easier from the right side of the fairway though so maybe that'll help you.

Kind of wish there was a way you could just go practice one hole.

on the balai hai course, i'm having issues with hole #3.  i'm either over shooting the green or when i back it off just a little, it barely gets to the green or i just end up in the sand lot.  any one have tips for this hole?  thanks in advance!

I put the arc meter 1/3 from all the way to the top and adjust the aim icon a little left. Use these settings and you may get 1 in 5 around 20 feet. The distances on this hole are very random so stick with 1 setting, it will come around.
