wantyou: Can anyone tell me, I have just turned T/M I have played a few rounds and noticed if I hit 1 or 2 under par my average score only goes down by 10 or 20 points, if I hit par it goes up at least 30 to 50 points
"Par" has no relevance to the average - you must name the score (and double it for 9 hole rounds).
You became a TM around 08-06 (congrats!) and you have played around 40 ranked rounds since then. Thus your average is still linear (until you hit 50 ranked rounds, excluding Par3s and Par5s).
Based on your current average of 68.10, any score below 35(=70) or 69 will move it down, any higher score will move it up. Thus, a "regular" Par of 36/72 is far off, resulting in a big jump.
But, this ain't relevant at all! As soon as your average is "saturated" with 50 scores, only the 50 best scores will count and higher scores will be eliminated.
Furthermore, the threshold for Legend tier is 61.00, so most probably only scores below 33/65 will eventually count in.
A/S also has no relevance here, only rated Matches (one on one). If you win a Match against a Legend, it may drop your average, but I don't see any of these since you became a TM.
Final thought: It may be a long way to Legend, take your time, learn the courses, improve your gear, don't bother about your average, just play and have fun!!
