Me too! I think, in my case, it is because I live in Texas.
No it's a bug affecting all of us. Hopefully it will be taken care of soon. But as it is the weekend it might not happen to early next week.
I am not sure what's going on, but it seems to be an issue on our end. We are working on identifying and fixing it. Please be patient :)
