    DodgyPutter:

Or look at your own thread maybe.

You realize that post is from a year ago, yes? Besides, he's a decent guy. You might want to cut him some slack.

I did realise it was from a year (and two weeks) before this thread, I saw alosso's suggestion and tried it.  The best lists were on that or linked from it.

He could have copied them then and he could copy them now, or link or whatever.

I didn't mean to imply he wasn't a decent guy, maybe that he asked questions and didn't really pay attention to the answers, but many of us are guilty of that.

Thanks, as ever, for your help.

Actually, I was referring to the first post in this thread, not the player's other thread. The first post in this thread (and alosso's response) is from a year ago. I note that simply for clarity, which my other post lacked. Apologies for that.

I just think that it's probably the case that advice offered approximately a year later is unlikely to be taken notice of by the person. :-)

    Regardless, as always, you're welcome!

    • When your average score is equal or smaller than 100 you go from hack to amateur.
    • When it is equal or smaller than 80 you go from amateur to pro.
    • When it is equal or smaller than 72 you go from pro to tour pro
    • When it is equal or smaller than 67 you go from tour pro to Master
    • When it is equal or smaller than 63 you go from Master to Tour master
    • When it is equal or smaller than 61 you go from Tour master to legend
    • When it is equal or smaller than 60 you go from Legend to Tour Legend*

    and

    • you need to play at least 5 ranked rounds as hack before reaching Amateur
    • you need to play at least 10 ranked rounds as amateur before reaching Pro
    • you need to play at least 20 ranked rounds as Pro before reaching Tour pro
    • you need to play at least 25 ranked rounds as Tour pro before reaching Master
    • you need to play at least 40 ranked rounds as Master before reaching Tour Master
    • you need to play at least 50 ranked rounds as Tour Master before reaching Legend
    • You need at least 500 ranked rounds as Legend before reaching Tour Legend.

According to your info I shouldn't be Tour Pro now as I am only rank 72,72 and I have been tour pro for over a month, when I was closer to rank 80.. Thank you

Each time you tier up, your calculated average resets. Your current average is calculated on the rounds as a Tour Pro.

Just glancing at the list, the only thing I see incorrect about the information is that saturation for Tour Legend is now 750 rounds. And it doesn't include Champion and Tour Champion tiers. But the criteria you are quoting is about 3.5 years old.

Additionally, since then, with the introduction of coin games, there are other ways to tier up than just average. No one has ever suggested that list provides the only way a person can tier up. Apparently, coin room players tier up by a whole set of different criteria that WGT has never shared.
