    I've been practicing some yoga moves specifically designed to center you Chi and focus your energy into the Dinger Finger.   Just takes a couple hours a nite or morning and the benefits are astounding. 

    I think we need a video demo of this please.  After all, we wouldn't want any injuries or whatnots; you know we're in a suing society today and we wouldn't want anyone taking advantage of the common man just trying to help another fellow common man.

    I've been keeping this to myself so's I don't reveal any trade secrets and whatnots but I have permissionables to share with other common folk from my PPCFT Hans.  (Personal PC Fitness Trainer)  Here's Hans taking a little break.

    The regime Hans has me doing as warm-up before game play

    is 25 finger lift reps......

    Followed by 25 finger curl reps.....

    Since doing this regime before play I've been dinging the meter like crazy as it seems to take the twitchyness out of my finger and it made my meter silky smooth.  Give it a try.

     

    Just wanted to say  Yancycan & Andyson, 10 months of continuously following this pregame workout routine has helped my game tremendously.  Thank you for taking time to post it.
