The regime Hans has me doing as warm-up before game play
is 25 finger lift reps......
Followed by 25 finger curl reps.....
Since doing this regime before play I've been dinging the meter like crazy as it seems to take the twitchyness out of my finger and it made my meter silky smooth. Give it a try.
