  Something very quick and easy to try would be the Iron browser. 

  Check out the Iron browser-it's free, easy to install and performs quite well here. If anything, it would eliminate your browser as a cause.

  Installed Iron this morning....exactly the same scenario.  Predictable and repeatable.

  I've only seen one other post in the forums about this, but the post was vague and, at the time I read it, there were no replies.  Can't find it now though.  That, coupled with your statement, "I've had this happen occasionally, very randomly",  leads me to believe it's not just a hardware/software issue on my end. 

  Any techies at WGT having a go at this?

  I was re-reading this Jim, going over everything I could think of..............then your line above gave me an idea.  Still a work around, but a much better fix than having to clear all the caches all the time.

  Played a CTTH, then went back to main menu and "just X'd out of the game" (closed the Flash window).  Play button reloaded off the browser page in a flash and I selected the same CTTH again........voila, no hanging..!  Tried it with restart too (well, my modified restart)  end game/ go to main menu, X out, play, and restart the CTTH.  And, because I don't have to clear any caches, the loads are real quick.

  Thanks for your help......!  You threw enough stuff at it and something stuck.

  WGT - the original problem still exists, but at least this "fix" saves me a lot of aggravation.
