  I am still waiting for my sunglasses I won in the Master's Tier Tourney in January.  It is almost April.  Just curious if I will be receiving these.  I have won prizes before and received them usually the next month or so.  It has now been 2 months.  I wouldn't be concerned as much but with the prizes now disappearing I am fearing the worst that possibly the site is running low on funds and might not be giving out prizes.  Please "look into this" as i have emailed and gotten no responce.

  Hi

  We are sorry for the delay, but fully are fully intend to fulfill prizes won. We're currently making changes to the prize fulfillment process to better facilitate payouts.  We will make sure that despite delays, all players will receive prizes due them

  I do not have any other details about this issue but I will check up on it and contact you privately when I have details on it

  I wouldn't hold your breath on getting that.  Something must be going on that they are not paying out prizes.

  That looks like the promotion going on last weekend, where you bought 20$ in credits and get a sleeve of Nike's.

  Strange. I did purchase credits but the way their messages read it seemed to be a single ball per tourney reward for those I'd played in.
