I did the exact same thing I do almost every day.

Play on iPad. Club tournament. 9 holes. Play soon after day changes. Use pass.

I had over 100 CDP. Now I'm back to 3.

I'M NOT GETTING MY PROPER XP POINTS. I have received 287 point after each of my 6th and 7th day's complete. I just finished a match Play on my 8th day complete and received 197 points after winning on 6th hole.

So the system shows that i have played my consecutive day but didnt award me any days bonus.Its like that since the new update.how is it even possible?

Wonder why you have to update it - it has been working properly for years before...

Anyway:

I was at zero days, played with the CC pass and (from the display) was rewarded personal and CC XPs, plus the CDP shows "1" now - the check mark went green, too.

Edit: one hole practice game.

Everything as it should be...

Today no bonus of 880 XP.

Game indications at the start of the first game of the day :next day 17:30, game ended at next day 16:50

consecutive days played: 240, used daily pass for CC tourney full 18

Hallo

My xp points have not been corrected since 3 days ago.I have played consecuively for14 days but i have only received xp points as if i only started playing 2 days ago,i note here under that other players have the same problem.

Could you please advise how i can get this problem sorted and get my missing xp points re -recredit?

My work-around on my consecutive days bonus NOT being given to me when I complete my first round after 8 PM is this....12 hours after I began that round and took my free club pass, my next free club pass is available. I play this new round with my free club pass in the morning and that round registers as my new WGT day's consecutive days bonus round, that went I receive my 880 bonus points, that the system didn't give me on the other free club pass evening round.

Doing it this way works, but I have to shut down my playing at night after the round that was supposed to award me the 880 points didn't do it. The shutting down at night upsets me.

I don't want to be tied to this work-around for much longer. I think if we all hang in there, the staff at TopGolf will correct the problem. Guessing having this happen just before a 3 day weekend has delayed the fixing of the problem.

Reported to WGT support on 2 Sep ...

It's 7:49 pm, cdt here. I started an 18 hole round at St Andrews with a friend ... AQUAWRAP ... at about 6:20, local, using passes. The round took us through the beginning of the new day.

But, at the completion of the game, I didn't receive XP or credit for playing in the new day which would have given me and my CC extra credit as I have 370 consecutive days played. More important, I didn't receive credit for playing in consecutive days!!

I'm thinking that this issue only happened that one night, following the latest "upgrades" installed by WGT. Could be wrong, though.

I played a single round the next morning and corrected my consecutive days.
