Days Played Issue

    I'm glad to say I've had no problems with CDP or my XP points being awarded. (touch wood....lol)

    I'm running Windows 10 Home and I mainly use K-Meleon/75.0 browser for the game, but the last few days have been alternating between that and Maxthon browser v3.5.2.1000 with an older version of Flash installed....version 11,5,502,110.

    I had meter problems with Maxthon about 7 months ago and switched to K-Meleon...(an older browser but runs fine on Windows 7 and 10)

    I always play 1 hole (Merion #13) for my CDP

    I did once log in on the Android App and played the 3 holes practice for my CDP, again no problems. I have no idea why this is affecting lots of members of the community and not others. 

    On a side note, I have no issues (or very little) with meter when using either of these browsers for the game.

    I sincerely hope all members affected don't lose out on their CDP and XP points. Best wishes to all....

    Afraid to say i have to add my name to this list also, 4 days now without the consecutive days bonus and i am so close to level 96 for next club upgrade too lol. Also, seems to me the meter calibration was messed with too....ding on ANY shot now more or less non-existent but will just add that to the list of other things that WGT said is in my head only :-)

    I can play as many AS games as I want and NEVER get my points or CDP to register.

    The key is to play a 1 hole round. This always gives me credit for CDP and the corresponding points.

    It seems to me the flaw here is that somehow when the update was done it did something for the reporting of, at the very least the AS games, to register for being played.

    WGT should start to investigate along these lines.

    I get the CDP from AS, just no 880. Check mark goes from red to green but that's all.

    Still no DP bonus here. i got it one day but that's 2 days now.

    It appears to me, the reason is quite simple - they could care less about the players.

    The thing that amazes me is that there still are people who play WGT.

    To me this seems to be a game where there is no QA / QC before an update is rolled out. Add to that WGT then refuses to even acknowledge the frustration of the players and say sorry. Throw on top they do not even compensate us for their mistake.

    You know there is another golf game that IF they take a little too long on their update throws every player the best ball they sell for cash (real cash as there ain't no watch videos there) for free - and that is if they were just an hour longer on an update.

    What does WGT give us for our struggles with a problem for 6 days?

    Nothing - absolutely nothing.

    I say WGT needs to fire it's IT staff.

     

    I doubt they have own IT department, wgt just farms this job out to some third world country and pockets the profits.

    Just finished writing yet another report to WGT Tech Support regarding this issue.

    Tonight ... I played a 9-hole round on my PC. Completed after the "New Day". But, no XP received for days played to me or my CC. Only another pass taken and more wear to these expensive balls we use.

    Took snapshot of my game page showing that I had a red exclamation saying I had not yet played this day. Also sent to WGT support.

    As this issue has not been resolved, and is definitely NOT a user issue, I feel that some kind of reimbursement to players is called for.

     No progress report ... why?  Is there really someone working this issue??? When can we expect a resolution?
