Can't advance to the next level

  Can anybody explain me why i can't advance to the next level ?I Have 144,000 points when the requested are just 140,000. I always passed the level everytime i reached the target, but now i'm blocked

  It sounds like you may have run into a bug. Please contact members@worldgolftour.com with all the details and any screenshots. They'll be able to help you sort out this issue.

  It's one of those well known bugs that's been happening for years and WGT won't repair because they're too busy selling golf balls that meow.

  In reality, the level issue will repair itself when you hit the points needed to reach one more level. In the meantime, if there are any equipment purchases you want to make at the current level you should be at, customer service will be able to free it up for you.

  It was not more than a nuisance in the Olde Days, but today, the free rentals are linked to the level-ups, so players might lose the chance of a quick test and a small bargain.

  But, we must not hope for a fix.

  They are WGT, hope is futile!

   

  BTW: Next stop at 145,515 XPs!
