Ad blocking Continue button between holes

  An Ad occasionally blocks the Continue button between holes.  The ad is from Google, and the ad settings have no affect on its placement.  The only want to actually continue the game is to reload.  Please move this ad.

  We are aware of the issue with banners covering important information or buttons for players and are currently working on a fix. You can work around the issue by resizing your game window, or zooming in/out on your browser (CTRL+Mouse Scroll), or zooming in/out in flash (Right Click, then zoom in/out). This will move the banner and allow you to use the buttons it's covering, or view the information beneath it.

  I have had a horrible time with these ads. It truly ruins the enjoyment of the game!
