No it is not possible. Why? Because No Country Club actually has any credits to take. If you are referring to club earnings the Club does not own those credits. That is just the total credits earned by all members and are owned by the members. Most of those credits have most likely already been spent by the members. It is just a benchmark to show how successful the members of a club have been at winning credits.
A hypothetical case. Let's say a Country Club has 10 members who have won 1000 credits each. That Club's Club earnings would show 10000 credits. Now let's say 1 member resigns from the club. His 1000 credit earnings would then be removed from the Club earnings as he is no longer a member of that club and the new Club earnings would show 9000 credits. If that member then joined a different club then his 1000 credits would be added to the total of his new club. But neither club actually owned those credits they belonged to that member.
Hope this helps.
