Is anyone else having problems losing their bonus points. It has happened to me on 3 occasions in the last 7 weeks. I have notified WGT today and also on the last 2 occasions and it seems they don't even want to know about the problem., plus i have received no response from them..must be too busy counting the $$$$$$$$$$$
