I was trying to figure out how last year in a span of 3 weeks I went from Master to Legend. I remember I was playing a lot of par 3 tournaments in my CC to increase my level so I could get new clubs. Even though my scores for this was anywhere from 2 below par to par for the most part, I increased 2 levels in a few weeks.

I know there's probably nothing WGT can do now to go back and see how to fix past problems but this seems like something they can fix going forward.

Par 3 courses have no effect on your average.

Thanks for your insightful response. Obviously you took the time and effort to research this before you replied. Keep up your good work as a WGT programmer!!!!

Hard to say but it is unlikely it has anything related to the Par 3 courses. There was a bug a few years ago that did allow the average to be included in the averages, but this was plugged and have not heard of it since.

I would say it possibly was a result of wins in a weekly tournaments - these will speed up the tiering process. Maybe you had success.

Beat a legend Tier player 4th this month I think. Doing that zooms your averages that direction.....

That's what I initially thought but has been a legend for at least 2 months and not a huge amount of MP before that.

Anyhoo, he has top equipment and very good Alt record, seems fair to me.

    Wow! Got snark?

I simply thought you would want to know they don't count. I guess I was wrong.

And as an aside, I didn't need to do any research before I replied. It's been stated often enough on these boards, I knew the answer.

Have you ever witnessed an average change due to a Par3 score?

So, tell us which scores you played on which courses, which matches you won against Legends, which prize credits you gained from tournaments and from Challenge MPs. It's a short span, and it is/was in your profile - you are the best source for this information.

And, please tell me, why do you ask after a year? Which change/modification do you wish for?

Why should they? Which problem do you see on their side? Your "descriptions" are vage and do not contain any hint of a proof until now, and your request comes a tad late - IMHO, the "problem" probably exists only in your mind.
