Well this it the Final

384 players,32 teams all battling to make it the last 2 standing,

8 months since I first started putting the feelers out for teams,

Nearly 4 months continuous play,over 2000 posts so far.

I think I can say that’s a success lol,

I could waffle on all day about this but won’t be long before it starts again let’s get this comp done,

Bad luck to our semi-finalists

Sel thunderchickens gave East coast a great game and a few matches were really close,our team got some great scores but just couldn’t hold onto the East coast players.

Wooden tee done what they done all comp and run over Victoriae,solid performances by all players,

This is gonna be a cracking final and please let’s get some live games.i know Jason(young46)isn’t shy but we could do with a few more,

The home of golf,a true links course.it is a risk and reward course with massive greens but lots of breaks on them,some very nasty fescue to catch any errant drives and horrible pot bunkers,i predict some low scores on this course and only maybe one or two holes will separate players,

All matches played to a finish,even sudden death there must be a winner,

Bubbsboy will be in touch with the winners/sponsors of the semi-final

any player with a -2 by their name must concede holes 5 and 14

If any player changes tier before he plays his match,he must play as the new tier,

Always check you playing partners tier before start of play,

No focus boosts will be allowed during matches. Use of this tool will lead to a disqualification

Good luck to 2 great teams in the final. Would love to see some of these matches if they're screened.

Well, my date with a brunette, dressed in white (a.k.a. Robert ;-)) Ended a bit short on #16, over this:

I could hear the game sounds, just had no picture and meter. Hadn't had this happen for a while now, I thought it was fixed, I guess not. i know it when the tee shot lands, the wind display changes direction to the opposite of what it was off the tee. And then I get the blue screen. What Icon wrote doesn't work for me, never did, tried it plenty of times.

We restarted the back 9, after I cleared everything, same thing happened. I gladly concede the match to Robert, he was 1 up anyway, throwing some serious darts. And I missed a couple of short putts ;-)

I think Qputts won both CTTH prizes, being 2,1 feet away on #3 and 6,8 feet away on #5. Like I said, some serious dart throwing.

Robert, it really was a pleasure to meet you, I loved the round and meeting a fast and chatty player is always great. congrats on your CC semi win and best of luck in the finals. Although I'll be rooting for the WTCC, I have a soft spot for them.

Thank you Finny for organising this fantastic event and to all who helped running it and who sponsored it. Can't wait until next year.
