Suggestion: In the CC they could also be organized tournaments in function of the tier, for all the players, or for categories. He/she would give but variety to the competitions and would add incentive and equality among the players with the same category. Thank you.

Some CC`s already do this.
Not only do they have open CC tournaments ,But also restrict the tournament to only one tier & some have restrictions to levels/averages. All CC depending on size & levels of there members do something different.
would be a nice option to be able to set up premium tournaments in country club that would allow you to make it tier appropriate. Example: Premium 100 Credit 18 hole single round for each individual tier.(all separate tournaments) I have noticed that mostly the higher ranked tier members always end up winning the credits. I know you can write in the topic of the tournament that it is just for certain tiers, but not everyone pays attention. And there is no way to remove them from the tournament if they participate and win. Just a thought.
