I sympathise with empathy,yet have no answer to your particular predicament.However,I have found,after many months of study,drawings of a technical nature,spreadsheets,algorithm particulates,sleepless nights and a modicum of engineering,I have actually found the fault behind the stuttery meter issue.
I broke everything down as mentioned above,and found to my everlasting pleasure,that there is a nut which holds the mouse,and it is this nut that causes ALL the problems.
Thinking about your dilemma Woo,it could be that you need to clear cache blah blah blah,because sometimes when you change clubs,the new ones retain the characteristics of the ones you replaced.This would be uber coolz if you rented the top most bestest clubs,played them for a bit,then went back to your old ones and had the benefit of the top notch ones forever,or until you succumbed to that hoary old clearing cache mullarkey.Just a thjought.A semi crinimal one I suppose.
