I did a search and found there is only 1 Tour Champion.
Why have the bracket if there is only 1 player in it.
Would it be possible to move the top Champion players that are either Level 100 and above and players with scoring averages below 57 into the Tour Champion bracket?

There are actually two TCs. Icon was self appointed long ago; and Leo Phiber...who was elevated posthumously.
Edit: What's sad about this TC tier is almost no one can find them. But, if you are looking for a Hack with a 56 average?...look no further than the "prestigious" community spotlight...pffft
