Hey TDHarvey, all I can say is welcome to the club. Just yesterday I hit what I thought was a perfect shot for Eagle. Landed a couple of feet in front of the pin, rolled forward very slowly directly over the hole and thru the pin. The replay showed the tracer line of the ball do exactly that. Guess I missed it. How? I will never know, but what are you going to do? I personally just shake my head, laugh it off and move on. It's not like that shot was going to save the world, just would have made me feel a little better, that's all.

Better luck to you next time and keep trying. Believe it or not, sometimes the ball does fall.

Hey TDH, this is a typical "mapping error" in the same respect that you can be in a bunker or the rough but the picture shows you on the fairway, or vice versa.

About a year ago I aced #8 at St. Andrews (or I thought I did) only to watch the ball roll over the hole and through the pin. I right clicked and reported the error, saved the replay and played on. About a week later I read in the forums that someone else experienced the same thing. I went to my replay to check it out again and...low and behold, it showed the ball Juuust missing the hole, not the same replay at all, lol.

Bottom line is, these are "mapping issues" that need to be reported in-game so WGT can fix them...as they did with mine ;-)   GL

note; the more of these "mapping issues" we report in-game, and WGT fixes, the less we will experience these very disappointing/misleading  shots! :-)
