Level up / rental

  So I just level up from 47 - 48, and the game gave me the usual 'free rentals' page after I finished my round, as expected the TM aldia l 48 driver was there, when I clicked the 'rent and equip' I got a "error invalid level" message.  This is slightly aggravating as I was planning on buying this after the rental discount which would nock off a few hundred credits.  This has happened to me a few other  times now too, but I actually felt like mentioning it this time as I really want this driver.  Anything you can do for me WGT?  I got enough credits to buy it with the 10% rental discount, which i would be ok with doing.  I feel kind of suckered though as the normal price means I am going to have to do some more surveys now >.<.

  One week no answer - a consequence of starter's moderation I fear.

  Though it will be too late for you now, you may buy the clubs with the discount in the Pro Shop within 24 hours. Free rental won't be possible I'm afraid.

  I have gotten the same error message the last 5 times that I have been offered free rental, I will have just leveled up for which ever piece of equipment and its level minimum requirements. but once you select it, the pro shop says invalid level and you are left with nothing... I have looked and found a few people discussing it but no answer seen from WGT or anyone else for that matter that has a fix or even stating their aware and trying to fix but that's how it goes some times... I hope it gets fixed for you and have a gr8 day.

  Thanks for the report!

  Looks like WGT is missing some business opportunities by this blocking fault, and the customers won't be amused to be confronted with a broken promise of the company.

  Fix it, WGT, for your own sake!

  Contact customer support, it happened to me as well and they allowed me to rent it for a day and gave me my credits back for renting it
