It has changed but the display's still there.

On PC, visible in the center of the game screen, switching with the "objectives".

On mobile, it appears only when you start for the day and when you finished(!) the first game.

But, if you played a first shot in a single play game every day it will count towards the CDP and you'd have lost nothing.

Caveat: points displayed on mobile are wrong!

My tip: Check your CDP status on the PC game window ("PLAY NOW").

Perhaps you need to change how you do things.  The new day starts @ 7 PM EST (4 PM PST).  The day obviously lasts 24 hours.

Instead of waiting until the evening to play just before the change to the new day, you need to be caught up and waiting for the start of the new day to play for the new day.  In other words, plan to play just after the new day starts, not just before it ends.

I've managed a streak of 460 days by planning to play just after the new day starts.  And I'm an amateur compared to the streaks some players have reported.

Since I'm on CST my new day starts at 6 PM.  I plan to get onshortly after that time, or as soon as I can.  i play 1 random hole on any course I choose, using my CC pass then to keep my CDP streak going.

You might try it as what you are doing now doesn't appear to work all the time.

I play having my coffee in the morning. Usually a hole, then a game

Bad idea to think of the day starting in local time. Next month, that will change again. Think of it as 0000 Zulu and you'll never be wrong.

By the way, you can set a second time clock in your PC and toggle between then. I have one each for local time and UTC.

Some people can't think of Zulu time or more than 1 time zone.  I have no problem thinking of several, but I was trying to keep it as simple as possible.

More important to me is to think of playing as soon after the new day starts as possible.  Not waiting until the last minutes before the end of the current day.

If this helps, I play around the same time daily, if unable to use my p c then I play 1 practice hole on my ipad just to keep the days ticking over ( there have been times when unable to play a full game for weeks but now up to around 1250 consec days ). In my case I also try to play just after the "day" changes, which can be a problem for some due to time zones and work commitments but once you get into a routine it does become easier.

    Cheers from Alan
