Ok what is the deal with the 18th hole at Bandon. You can remove the pin and the pin still exists even though it is not there.
I pull that flag almost every time because its a pretty good hole in one chance. I believe i have hit the pin and bounced off that green 8-10 times now even though there is no flag, you can hear it hit the pin. I have even chipped from below the green taken the flag out and had it hit an invisible flag and bounce away from the hole.
