Option to continue alternate shot game when partner quit

  Realy frustrating when we play an alternate shot game and a partner quit or disconnect.

  I suggest to have the option to continue the game alone with the 2 opposites players if agree.

  I talk quit some other players and they think it,s a good idea.

  While I understand why you say this it doesn't really work.

  If you and your partner were paired against me and a pro and he dropped out, then you would have me hitting every shot, which would be an advantage.  In real golf, alt shot, if your partner can't play then you are out and it should be the same here.

  That's why i suggest an option if the 2 players of the other team agree, the game can continue.

  In real golf it's not common a player who quit but in WGT it's common.

  Can't see this working.......maybe just maybe you could wait the 5 minutes to find a substitute player.

  but....

  I think the only thing that really would make this not so bad is that the player who leaves only gets the loss and the other team still gets the win as they should but the partner on the team with the person who left shouldn't get a loss as long as they stay.
