make green speeds fair wgt between mast, tm and leg and also tp and pro

  Hey WGT why can't we play our games on our own speed when we play others

  I am a master I want my master greens even when I play tour masters or legends

  It is a game. Why can't this be done?

  Yeah I know some will complain that it makes up for distance but guess what that is BS cause half the game is played on the greens.

  Lets see who might be better a 63 master, a 63 tour master or a 63 legend

  most likely they all are decent from the tees and greens all can reach greens in regulation

  yes master and TM same approach and legend different distance

  but if you have the same average at the higher level you can probably handle the longer distances

  so therefore the big difference is greens

  and putting lower level players on higher level green speeds is a load of.....

  if I want to play in higher level green speed rg's  I WILL JOIN THEM why am I forced to play at a disadvantage on the greens in a regular 2-3or 4 some stroke play.

  Yeah I know I have a 63.9 average and will soon move up to Tour Master and will have to deal with them then but that is then and this is NOW.

  I like playing players that are better then me like some Tour Masters and Legends but at a disadvantage what .........

  I have no problem losing if a player can out shoot me tee to green but to lose because they are use to the faster green speeds is a joke

  SO WGT WHY CAN THIS NOT BE DONE?

  Guess will stick to single stroke play even though would prefer groups

  Simple reason is: if you play with someone at the real course, you may hit off differen tees but your green speed is constant. We chose to utilize highest tier speeds

  Let me ask you this....say in real life you have an 18 handicap and are paired at the course with a scratch golfer who's playing from Blue tees (you're probably playing from white tees)...you have the same putting conditions, don't you?

   

  I agree that maybe in a match (especially for credits) the green speed should be an "agreeable option", i/e let a Legend agree to play you on VF greens, but no way should course conditions be different for players.

  Yes they should be different its a game

  Yes I play real golf with 2-3 handicap players while I am about a 14-16 handicap.

  The difference in real life is that the greens are not 20-40 faster because I am playing with them.

  So I shoot a 29 or 30 at Master level and that is the same as a legend shooting a 29-30.

  I do not think so if a master has to play at legends green speeds.

  I should be allowed to compete with a legend in shooting 29-30 etc.... but if I have to play with their green speeds that lowers the chance I can.

  So since its a game why can't it be set up for each others abilities.

  Is set up different if you play single games.

  I can shoot 29-30 occasionally but if playing TM who play from same tees it lowers the chance of me doing that. 

  once I get to TM I will deal with the green speeds rather then bouncing from one speed to another depending on game I am playing.

  Is easier for legends they only play ONE speed ALL THE TIME is probably a lot easier once use to it. That is not to say that legends green speed is in anyway easy. Just that if you play 1 green speed all the time is easier to get use to it.

  why dont cha just play with alot of legends and practice instead of complaining to deaf ears

  I know I have.  SOmeone said that you can play a scratch golfer and he plays from his tees, the back and you play from your tees to even it out.  You aren't going to play at a different green speed or wind speed on a real course.  If you let the legends move to your green speed you will find that they make more putts than their average would make you think so I agree with the WGT reasoning.  You will eventually be a Legend if you play enough so get used to the green speed.
