Error Upon Logging In 11/19/2016

    Hi Everyone,

    So it looks like there is an issue that has come up overnight affecting some players regarding an error message when logging into the game. We have seen this affecting mainly mobile players but there have been a few cases of Web users being affected as well. We have alerted our Dev team and they are currently investigating this issue and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. Currently our CS team is a little backlogged with tickets sent in about this issue so if you have messaged them, please have some patience in waiting for a response. They are working as quickly as possible to answer all tickets that come in regarding this issue or something else. :)

    ***Update***

    Hi Again,

    So it looks like this should be resolved now. Error message should not be showing when trying to login. If you are still seeing this message, please try closing the game, restarting, and then trying to login again. After this if you still see an error message, send an email to members@worldgolftour.com with the error message you are receiving and if you are able to provide info on when you saw it and what you were trying to do when the error came up, this will help. If you are able to provide a screen shot, please send one as well. :) Again, we did receive a lot of tickets concerning this and CS is working through them as fast as possible so if you messaged them with another issue, please be patient. :D

    Are we to assume this issue is also having an effect on the RG payouts and the new RG's not being released?

    Hi Cappiest,

    Do you have a specific Ready Go ID# that I can look up that you are having an issue with? I have the Ready Go list showing under the Ready Go section under Tournaments.

    here are a few that i am aware of that havent paid out

     

    106146/106113/106107...i assume there are more

    if you look at the closed ready go's looks like everything from 106119 up have not been paid out. Probably 25 or so rg's i think

    So I looked at the last 15 or so and they have ended but haven't closed yet. If you select one of them, you will see a count down timer in the top right corner, which is how much time is left on that Ready Go. In the instance that all players post scores/withdraw from the tournament, it will end but the RG will still need to reach the end of the timer.. After that, they are set to close but depending on how many RG's are closing it can take a little time before they actually close. Usually its pretty quick but depending on the number of RG tournaments that need to close it can take up to two weeks, all depends on how many there are. Usually we recommend if after two weeks and the tournament still has not been paid out to contact CS with the Tournament ID so they can investigate what the issue is.

    Ready Go ID#:106123 has yet to be paid out too.

    I do realize there is a timer once the tournament has filled a clock begins which gives 11 hours till tournament is ended and pays out.This gives the final entrants a time to complete the tournament.

    If you look at 106113 this tournament has timed out long ago. In all of the years i have been here once that clock runs out and tournament is listed as ended it pays out shortly after that. Not the 2 weeks you are speaking of.

    I keep a close eye on all of the RG's i enter and i have been playing them for about 7 years. The only time we have seen tournaments not pay out shortly after the clock expires there has been a post in the forums stating that WGT is looking in to the problem.

    There have been several other post there is an issue with some of these current unpaid rg's
