I changed my appearance on my settings at the website, but it does not change the appearance or avatar when I play on the iPad app. What do I need to do?
Unfortunately there are only default male and female avatars on the mobile app so your purchased avatar will not work on your ipad.

The purchased avatars do not work on the tablets or phones,only a desktop.
