A lot of Complaining.....

  Something that gets overlooked is the actual traffic on your own ISP. Superfast connections are nice but depending on the type you may be affected by your neighbors. Friday night and Saturdays have always been an issue with slow loads and disconnects. I believe it's the amount of local traffic that causes most of the aggravation.

  I have 2 connections-DSL at my shop and cable at home and the same laptop is used in both places. There is a marked difference between the 2 when it comes to game play. The DSL connection rarely displays problems but the cable does. Not a lot but definitely different. The DSL gets used during the week and the cable on the weekend. 

  This doesn't discount the valid complaints here but it could be causing some of the connection//load grief.

  YankeeJim brings up a very valid point, it goes a long way in explaining the wildly different experience's players have , some with very few problems, some with a persistent problem and I think all would agree we all have more issues during peak usage periods!

  How come it happens alll the time then?  Not just at peak times, but whenever a friend connects or disconnects.  This happens at 6 am on Monday morning, 8 pm on Friday evenin. So get off the it's OUR fault ***. They know damn well the friends list causes the problem, and they tell you to keep it short to relieve it.  Get real.  Explain to me Six, why have they NOT addressed something so simple as the friends list problems?  Yeh, cause it's OUR pc's/isp's.  You know where you can go with that crap.

  Ah, when posting this stuff, perhaps you should mention that  MAC users need not apply. As usual, it's not mac friendly. Not  bitching, just saying is all

  Delete the 7 friends you have if it's such a problem for you (which I doubt.) If you're that susceptible to friends coming and going then yes, something on your end is messed up. Do a little homework and you can fix it instead of being so indignant.

  FWIW, I have 255 friends that don't cause me problems when they come and go.

  As far as why WGT has not addressed the so called problem, I couldn't tell you. I didn't say it was "OUR FAULT" either! You tell me why my friends list of about 100 never causes me a problem when they come or go! Get your facts straight before calling me out on the forum!

  We do constantly monitor the delivery of service and chase down connection issues.  It is a moving target but our large investment in content delivery system will continue.  We do look at every single in game problem submission and they do help us find problems.  So if your game gets stuck please. please please, right click and hit "Submit this problem to WGT"

  Do this every time the game freezes or locks up. This is the best way to fix the issue.

  Stay off the porn sites, reboot your computer time to time, close other windows and update your flash player! Works for me! As far as the wind, i think the wind is as true as ever and would prefer it to be a little less exact. These scores some of you shoot are insane! Lol!
