How about adding a little forgiveness to the drivers until the jumpy meter issue has been addressed?

It seems as if the "More friends=More meter issues" connection is solid - and it also seems that the social aspects of this game are important to WGT, so the question is:

what is WGT doing about it?

Well many of us have been saying this for over a year now and no comment, So its obvious its far more tricky to isolate the friend list activity while we are playing than we thought,All we can do is trim it down and yes its a shame because i know so many lovely people on here i would love to have 100 friends,But anything over 30 and my meter is affected,

    SGTBilko:

    What jumpy meter?

Most of the experienced players here know all about the meter issue.  It's due to the method WGT uses to render the swing meter, and results in random jumps and hiccups at times.  When this occurs, it becomes impossible to hit the shot you intended due to the random nature of the meter error.

I think what the OP is suggesting, and I have to say it is a very good idea, is that WGT should program the game so that if the meter is struck outside the L/R lines, the shot should be ignored rather than hit into the weeds or water.

I realize this might cost WGT a small bit of revenue as less balls would be purchased if less went missing due to connection issues, but it does seem like the more fair way to ensure that a shot is not ruined simply due to random meter skips.

Hy to all, I don´t have Played this very nice n Real looking High Quality Golf Simulation for Months but after my first shots. I don´t want let it be.

It´s hard as real to deal with the situations and everything to skill up your stats.

But I noticed the meter glitches also on the first day.

Sometimes it makes it really impossible to try getting better, more accurate

and to become a feedback for your selected aim, shot type and other shot decisions.

Also its not easy to try around with the meter bar when you don´t want to hit the

perfect point to advance your shot skill a little bit.

WGT Players lives in fear on every made hard decision shot they are trying.

    ------

I really apply to the idea of grady3rd to not count a glitched shot when not hitting the accuracy backward meter its then just like a swing try to warm up the muscles and looks a bit more like pro golfers try to hit the ball perfect.

It´s really that one little Bug in a Major part of the handling of this game what makes it from  almost perfect real like simulation to an unreal challenge to handle with it.

So I think the idea might a great deal for both sides.

Hopefully, I´m back on the course and try my best on getting better.

greets and best wishes to all
