I've been with this game for some 5 years and I'm so disappointed that it hasn't grown/matured as a game.  It's about the same as it was when I started, granted they've added a couple of new course's, new gear, but the platform, still has major playability issue's.  God only knows how much money I dumped into gear and golf balls, and basing on what I've see with other players they've also made an investment into this game.  It's just sad that WGT hasn't really provided more to and for it's support base.

I think he was suggesting a golf game that plays smoothly and well, preferably without the player having to be able and willing to tailor their computer to achieve anything close to that.

    The cheek of the man!

His product suggestion is (I think anyways) is improve the game and listen to people that play it instead of being thieves and programming the game so you can profit from it. Come play for free but let us bug you to buy stuff the whole time you do. I have got all my stuff on this game for free and it's a good thing because I wouldn't give you filthy crooks a dime. Have a nice day criminals.

Another one who thinks you are owed something for nothing.   Yes WGT says you can play for free.  Just like a lot of other on-line games.  It doesn't say you will be good at it.

WGT is a business, created with the aim to make money, and they are not a charity or a not-for-profit enterprise.  IRL golf courses charge a green fee to play.  Think of the cost of balls (if you purchase them) as being the equivalent of that.  TANSTAAFL!! (There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch).

All of us here wish that the glitches would be fixed.  I could go on, but why bother?  You have already decided that YOU are being ripped off.  Bottom line is if you feel that way, why are you still here?

^^^ reminds me of a guy who will happily drink rounds until it's his turn to buy...then it becomes about criminal enterprises trying to steal his money.

Something I discovered 7 years ago. Remains swimmingly solid to this day.  :-)
