Why is it that the the number of Long Haul and Short Haul games doesn't add up to the same number as the Round and Round games?  Mine is off by over 700.

Probably because they only started counting once the awarda were introduced.... so basically you shot 700 rounds before the awards existed.

That may be true, but some of the awards were retroactive, some were not.  WGT has a record of every putt I've ever made (or missed), why not just do the math and make it accurate?

Also, still no recognition for holed approaches.

No award yes, But you can see the total in your stats. like lee & you have said, some awards are retroactive and some aren't. this was before my time, so I do not know why. I don't think it'll change either though.

You can see all sorts of goofy records in your stats.  That's not my point.

Granted that it's just a virtual trophy and doesn't mean anything but a way of keeping score with your WGT comrades, but I have an award for the distance of my longest approach;  I have an award for missing a 2 foot putt.  I have an award for hitting the water.  The latter two do not requre any skill whatsoever.  However, holing a shot from off the green does.  I personally think that that deserves more acknowledgement than the number of times I've hit the fairway.

There, I feel better now.  Also, thank you, Icon.  Any response from WGT is rare and welcome.
