"Level Up" points

  Interesting  I just wrote a longwinded post on the above subject, hit the "OPTIONS" button, and couldn't get back to my post, and subsequently lost the entire thing.. there's a BUG 4 ya WGT!!

    My Issue; I play every day usually 2 -3 rounds, sometimes as many as 8, I "scrub" my pc every 3-4 days, and still have a "glitchy" meter, and still miss shots due to that, I'm even patient enough to let my processor settle down and fully load before I hit, so it ain't "me"  but,  Lately I'll accumulate level points for 6-7 days, and then the next day I'm back to " Day 1" points, and the whole thing recycles, AND sometimes the day after that I'll find myself back to day 1

   SO???  is WGT aware of this, is it "Fixable"?, Maybe there's an Accumulation Cutoff Day that I'm not aware of? or possibly..I'm just hallucinating, having played waaaay too many rounds.

  Anybody else?

  Steveroo, the level points accumulate @ a specified time each day.  Since I'm in Pennsylvania, it is 8 pm eastern daylight time.  If I play, for example, Monday at 6 pm and Tuesday at 9pm, I've missed a day because I did not play between 8p Monday and 8p Tuesday.  Hope this helps on that issue.

  Steve, I had the same problem.  I've been on/off player of late until 4/3 when I noticed about the bonus points for consecutive play days.

   

  I am aware of the the UTC time and make sure I play at least a CTTH game right around 8 PM EST everyday. Now, I was getting the bonus as recorded in FAQ's but I've played 3 CTTH and one 18 hole round since the UTC clocked turned and never got my consecutive play bonus.

   

  There doesn't seem to be any email customer service button. So, if you find anything out about this then let me know.

  Joey, I've found nothing in the FAQ's as it says for 6 consecutive days and greater were supposed to get 880 points.

   

  bserowinski- I make sure that I do this now, especially after I saw I wasn't getting them and went to the FAQ's and saw the UTC thing. In fact, one day I didn't get it even though I knew about the FAQ's and UTC. I went to UTC time and saw that it wasn't 12 yet. Then remembered that there is no Daylight Savings time in UTC- hence 8 pm for us now on the East Coast US. As I said this is the first day that I've had a problem, so it will be interesting tomorrow to see what kind of points I get- 2 days or 6+

  Yes, you will receive bonus experience points for playing consecutive days on WGT. In order to earn a Consecutive Days bonus you need to have completed a game at least two days in a row. Please make note that Consecutive Days are based on UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) and not your local time zone.

  Two Days: 90 XP
  Three Days: 180 XP
  Four Days: 270 XP
  Five Days: 540 XP
  Six+ Days: 880 XP

  Ok Steveroo, I'm in California, my CDP's ends and starts at 5:00 pm PST.

  If I play a game and it ends at 4:59:59 pm PST I get 880 CDP's.(assuming I qualify w/>5days consecutive)

  Now if I start a new game one minute after I just received 880 CDP's at 5:01 pm PST and end at 5:05 pm PST I get 880 CDP's.

  So your time zone for CDP's has to be somewhere from 5-8pm.....a 3hr window. Assuming your in the Continental United States. 

  Now if your in Hawaii or Alaska, shred my post, so as not to confuse me more than I already I'm.

  Ok. while were on the subject of level up points. Does anyone in the community or Admin's know what the advantage of accumulating points and levels beyond level 90?

  Other than the 1mil. bonus for the first to reach level 100, which it appears Yoban or Spozz are clearly ahead and untouchable. What's the point? (pardon the pun)

  none as of yet that I can see but they are always bringing out new clubs so maybe in the future there will be clubs that will be locked at 90 or above.

  I have been getting 880 for days played, now the last two days, I have not been getting them.   That is a big difference in getting to another level.  WGT needs to fix this problem(bug).  It should be easily fixed.
