CC tourney details blank after custom course update

  Only way to enter and play them seems to be the main game window.

  I really didn't notice this, I pretty much only ever enter and play directly from the game client.

  Also for the majority of my membership the "closed tournament" window and the many members " score history"  are blank.....

  There are ways around this to open a closed event but please fix this as well!
