Another inexcusable way of treating your customers wgt. If you can't do updates properly, DO NOT do them at all !!!!!!!!!!
Guess I got extremely lucky, I did eventually get in my one hole for my CDP & received my XP properly, BUT......
3 "unexpected errors" in a row, while trying to get in my one hole for my CDP. I put in a request to CS to refund the 74 credits it cost for the 2 passes I had to buy. I told them I did NOT want the passes simply replaced, as they are worthless since we get 2 free ones every day. I gave them the option of adding one ball to my inventory if refunding my 74 credits was not possible.
