can anyone comment on the durability on the GI-D balls. i seem to go through them like toilet paper

are they reasonable for  44+ credits? should they last longer. i dont play much in real life so cant make an opinion

They last alot longer than my balls do in real life.......splooh...lol

Really though if I go through a round with a ball in real life I toss it into the shag bag (practice balls).

The regular distance balls last longer but they have no 'feel' (they don't slow the meter down).

I don't know, SoulCatcher... Eternalspirit is in the UK...  "tossing balls" and "shag" mean entirely different things to those folks across the pond...

You may be getting his hopes up too high....  and it has nothing to do with golf!

    LOL

Tested durability. But each club wears it down by a different ratio. The GI-D has a 2of5 durability and think that would last about a couple rounds of 18. How long are they lasting you? "are they reasonable for  44+ credits?" Slowing down the meter is worth it if you want to get your score down and can afford the price. But 15cents a ball adds up over a month if you lose lots.

As for your profile, i'm a little suspicious of how you went from hack to master in 2 days since joining. Anybody's opinion about that?

If I remember rightly, I think he got from Hack to Master in 2 days because WGT LET (yes, let) him start a new account, as the old one's username was spelt incorrectly.

EllisSpice is correct.  EternalSpirit earned his Master rank.

He asked, and was granted permission, to restart.  One of the very few on this site that can actually follow the rules in regards to starting over.

    Hi Snaike

to clear this up. in the beginning (june/01/2009) i spelt my blooming name wrong which annoyed me so much because it totally changed the name. so i just asked WGT out of interestr if they could somehow just swap a few letters around on my name.

they said the only way to do it was to set a new account going and delete my old one. i wasn't pleased because i'd built a profile but i was that bothered about my name i decided to go ahead. at the time i was pro about 69 average with alot of awards and stuff. anyway i started a fresh as good old hack 150 average.

i entered a weekly unlimited game as hack and not thinking how quick it would drop i had a few good rounds and then suddenly it said master!!!!! dun dun......dunnnnnnnn!

then it got expensive. i will say though it was fun the rest of the week playing tourney on hack tier with master clubs. now the fun is over and i've got to work damn hard on master tier

Master Tier...if you buy master clubs dont you automatically get bumped up to Master Tier?

wouldnt be fair to compete in a lower ranked Tourney with superior clubs

    happy golfing all
