I didn't get the free ball either :-(
I've never had this problem before. I always used to receive the free balls (last year's snow ball, orange halloween ball, champagne ball, valentine hearts ball, ...).
I contacted customer services and they advised me as not many had asked then i could have 2 sleeves.
Still no "Snow Ball"...yay me, got "New Years Ball".
Logged on twice and did not receive it
I never receive the free holiday balls even though I play and should get them. Trying to communicate with the developers is a joke.
