Words that used to be self explanatory are now forbidden in the current times. Instead of an opinionated old man, what am I? I must be a senior member of society with views unacceptable by the standards of today. Thus I am not acceptable, and must be dealt with swiftly and according to the feelings of those whose feelings I hurt. I guess I should change my profile picture soon. It must be offending millions of people. 

  I'm not sure if the world has gotten more PC...or if it's just faux outrage used to get ones' own way...or to get someone in trouble. We can't even say Merry Xmas anymore. Seriously, why would that upset someone enough to go to court?

  Maybe just the cynic in me. It would, however, explain why some things are allowed without penalty, while lesser "crimes" are punished so heavily. 

  Icon said it best when explaining to Alanti...it's not the intent or the meaning of a post...it's how it's worded.

  And to return with the comment you made accepting why you'd been banned speaks volumes about your 'ballsy' attitude. Refreshing to read your post rather than those that resort to the poor me or I'm outta here claptrap.

  Hey folks,

  I am glad the earth is spinning properly again.

  Just to clarify, it doesn't matter if I did the action or anyone else here, we all work as one, although some of us have slightly more tolerance for layered digs than others. You should always be able to contact me privately and ask about anything. We communicate very well on our end, and while it may take me a bit to get back to you on a specific question, I will do so and offer you the best possible answer.

  There is no "I" in TEAM - used to be one of the phases British Airways banded around......well if you met any of the older Speedbird jockeys (especially ex RAF) this could not have been further from the truth.

  But I agree, it is a team and collectively you should band together, unless of course you are an engineer - they have a blame anyone but themselves attitude lol....and collectively Icon and the Mods pick up the pieces.......clear your caches folks, we expect some turbulence ahead..........

  I have always found Icon and DB approachable and will get back to me promptly - I may not always like the answer but I do respect it.

  As for Damian's come back post - this speaks volumes of the guy and one reason he is on my friends list.

  And Andy, I heard he trashed the place.....so you will need to tidy up next time you are there!

  Empty whiskey bottles abound, pizza boxes stacked..

  Worst of all..a tear in my favorite cushion !!

  I'd ban him again Ic, just for that ^^^

  I think possibly the worst is the pyramidal shaped dark area on the wall 5 ft to the left of the step. I don't know what it could be but there is a distinct smell of ammonia to it.
